The how

  • You will receive a link to book an onboarding call. During this call we set up the essentials for your Dubsado account, ensuring it has a strong foundation before moving forward. During this call we will also go over the pre-work and you can ask any questions you may have before diving in.

  • You will also receive access to your client folder, workbooks, and video tutorials walking you through the pre-work. It’s important we capture as much of your existing infrastructure as possible, to help build your Dubsado. If Dubsado is new for you, the workbooks will help to prompt the information needed. You will have access to support the entire time.

  • In a 1:1 session we will map out your workflow, piecing together all of your pre-work, and highlighting any additional tools to support the client journey.

  • This is why you’re here. I pull together everything we have worked on, and build your Dubsado from the strong foundation already laid. Customised forms, emails, workflows, it all comes together through automation and soulful processes.

  • After your Dubsado build, we will complete a recorded walk through, so you can refer back to the session as many times as you’d like. I will also follow up with you post setup to ensure you feel comfortable and confident with your new system.
