Hello! I’m Jess, a soul-led business owner and 4/6 Emotional Manifestor. I believe in the power of balance through soul aligned systems, and honouring your energy. Whether that’s through your cycles and rhythms, soulful practices, or simply allowing space for stillness.

It’s important to feel heard and ensure the right person interprets your vision in a way that can be interwoven with systems and processes.

It’s my mission to ensure soulful business owners have a strong administrative foundation, so you can focus on your why, your clients, and the impact you’re here to have.

When developing my business ecosystem, I was able to find space through automation, organisation through a deep understanding of my cycles and rhythms, and show my clients the power of having a strong foundation to save time, money, and energy.

The framework

  • The Exploration Session allows you to lay it all out on the table. You will be guided throughout this entire process. We will not only deep dive into every corner of your business systems, but we will also zoom out. By zooming out and taking a birds-eye view of your business, you'll see your strengths and areas of improvement. This will give you time to talk it out, brainstorm and see your business in a holistic manner, rather than focusing on the day-to-day. By identifying the areas of improvement, you can start to think about what needs to be implemented, the must-haves, and the larger impact this ecosystem will have both financially and energetically. We will also ensure enough space has been created to support your long-term goals, aligning with your vision, mission, and purpose, supporting your business to evolve into its next season.

    Your vision will be pulled together in a beautiful strategy. I have done the research for you and this strategy is your roadmap. It will detail the transformation from your current systems and processes, to the recommended systems and action plan. You'll see how each part of the new ecosystem will integrate into your business, the financial impact, and how it will align with your energetic needs. The strategy will outline where we will create sustainability within your business so you can focus on your purpose.

  • Everyone's decision-making process is different. The Review Session allows time for you to settle after the Discovery Session and digest the strategy. You'll have time to ask questions and make any necessary changes to the strategy to ensure the ecosystem meets your long-term needs and creates sustainability within your business. During the Review Session, we will ensure you feel comfortable with any changes made and that the ecosystem is what you envisioned. You'll also be able to begin making any necessary updates and/or movements within your business to ensure we can implement the ecosystem.

    After the Review Session and the changes we've made, you'll receive a final copy of the strategy. This is your roadmap to how your business ecosystem will come to life and support the evolution of your soul-led business. The final strategy will be the one source of truth when it comes to the project, and we can refer back to it to ensure we meet your vision and business needs. The final strategy will also guide the proposal that you will receive to move forward with the implementation phase.

  • This is why you're here. This is when your business begins to transform, feel more fluid in its movement and the new systems take shape. You'll begin to feel the shifts in your ecosystem which will support the larger vision of your business - its evolution. The implementation phase is where you get to feel the systems, and whether they meet your intuitive and energetic needs. I will collaborate with any experts we need to bring in to support the process, so you don't need to.

  • Now that your ecosystem is up and running, you and your team need to know how to manage the day-to-day. I will provide you with both Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training videos, to ensure each member understands what's been implemented, and how it functions. Having in place SOPs and videos will save you time when onboarding new team members, or if you need to troubleshoot later on. You'll be able to extend on the new SOPs when needed as your business grows.

    Depending on the size of your ecosystem build, you will receive 2-4 weeks post setup support to ensure you feel absolutely comfortable in the day-to-day operations of your new business ecosystem. I will be available to answer any questions, troubleshoot, and make any necessary tweaks. You will always have questions once you're in the driver's seat, and I'm here to support you during this time.

What you can expect:

  • Pre-Exploration Questionnaire: This will give me an understanding of your existing systems, and what you would like to implement, and get you to start thinking about your business holistically in preparation for your first session.

  • Exploration Session: Either 1 x 2hr, or 2 x 1hr, session where we deep dive into your business. Focusing on your business vision at its core, operations, finance, marketing, team and human resources, IT and legal, and productivity and communication. Encompassed by your learning preferences and energy alignment.

  • Analysis and Strategy: You will receive an analysis of your current systems and processes and a comprehensive strategy for your proposed soulful business ecosystem. The power of the strategy is to plan and map out the implementation of your business ecosystem, understanding the challenges, potential impact, and investment. This will guide us through the implementation process.

  • Review Session: The review session gives space for you to ask any questions, propose changes, and ensure we are both on the same page moving forward. You need to feel comfortable and confident in your new soulful business ecosystem. This is your business.

  • Finalisation Session: We will finalise the strategy before moving into the implementation phase. This is a time to ensure the roadmap meets your vision and goals for your soulful business ecosystem. We will also determine next steps.

  • Regular Communication: Throughout the implementation of your soulful business ecosystem, we will schedule regular catch-ups, and you will receive updates as the project moves forward.

  • Training, Video Tutorials and SOPS: Once your soulful business ecosystem is implemented, you will receive training on your systems, video tutorials for future training, and standard operating procedures.

  • Follow-up Session: During the post-setup support phase, I will follow up with you to ensure your systems and processes are running smoothly, and troubleshoot any issues.
